We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the guidelines below and contact us as soon as possible.

Curated Fashion

Orders for our Curated Fashion collection may be eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of being placed. However, cancellations cannot be guaranteed, as our fulfillment partner begins processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping.

DCDesigns Statement Apparel

Because our DCDesigns Statement Apparel is made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed, as our print partner starts production shortly after an order is received.

If you are unable to cancel your order through your customer account or guest checkout, please contact us immediately. We will do our very best to stop your order before it enters processing.

Once an order has been processed, printed, packed, or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

If your cancellation request cannot be completed because your order has already entered processing or has shipped, you may still be eligible to request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
